Microsoft Cloud Reseller Agreement (Mcra)

As we transform the Microsoft business experience to better meet the needs of customers and the demands of a cloud first world, partners are also calling for a more agile and lightweight way to do business with Microsoft. That is why we have introduced the microsoft partnership agreement. #2 registration as a direct CSP reseller in microsoft Partner Center On September 1, 2019, the Microsoft Partnership Agreement was made available to partners participating in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program to verify and accept them. It allows the partner to trade and replaces the following agreements: The Microsoft Partner Agreement (MPA) is the new Microsoft contract for all Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) partners and replaces several previous Microsoft agreements, such as the Microsoft Cloud Reseller Agreement (MCRA) and the Microsoft Cloud Distributor Agreement (MCDA). It proposes an indeterminate modular agreement that Microsoft CSP partners can run and store digitally, and conditions depend on the type of partner and the offers for which they are qualified. All CSP partners must accept Microsoft`s partnership agreement by January 31, 2020 to ensure that their ability to place orders to new or existing CSP customers is not disrupted. After checking the terms with their legal team and the management of the company, it is the global administrator of the CSP client who accepts the agreement at the Partner Center. All indirect resellers working with indirect suppliers have a new obligation to accept the Microsoft partnership contract in the Partner Center. As an indirect supplier to the CSP program, Sherweb is committed to guiding its partners and resellers through this process. Read on to learn more about the new MPA, what resellers need to do to comply with requirements and frequently asked questions. All indirect resellers must agree to the terms of the Microsoft partnership agreement as of September 1, 2019 and no later than January 31, 2020.

The first step in this process is to register as a cSP dealer at the Partner Center if you haven`t done so yet. If you have not yet registered, please work with your indirect supplier and register as a reseller today. In the unfortunate event that your organization is not on board the CSP, you will need to redo the steps above and re-register as a new indirect reseller in Microsoft`s CSP program. To avoid this, we strongly recommend that all Sherweb partners follow the steps described above and accept the updated MPA by January 31, 2020. Microsoft`s partner partners in Microsoft`s partner channel program will be Microsoft`s first partners to work with the new agreement. These include CSP Direct Bill-Partner, CSP Indirect Provider, Multi-Tier-Partner und CSP Indirect Resellers. In short, all Microsoft partners who act in the Microsoft CSP program. All partners must sign the MPA to act under the CSP program.

These include indirect suppliers, direct suppliers, indirect resellers and resellers that are covered by multi-level conditions and U.S. government cloud conditions. Please note that only authorized individuals should accept the MPA on behalf of your organization. If you put everything in place at the same time – by entering the Partner Center, registering as an indirect CSP reseller and accepting the new MPA – you will be invited to accept the MPA as the final step in the boarding process of the Microsoft Partner Center.
